We work closely with individual clients to
tailor development programmes to suit the particular challenges or needs
of the business at the time. In discussion with each client, we identify
and agree what is required in order to create, then deliver, an appropriate
development package. This might involve working with a group of employees
or an individual, and it might mean delivering a one day training course
or working with you over a period of weeks or even months. Each company's
development needs are different, which is why we will not simply offer
you an 'off the peg' solution.

Preparation, follow up
and evaluation
Agreeing what kind of development is needed, and for whom, is just the
first step. To get the best out of your investment, people taking part
in the development programme need to be prepared. We work with each individual
taking part to prepare the ground and help them make the most of the opportunity
to learn new skills, adopt a new way of thinking or simply refresh their
knowledge.
And follow up is just as important as preparation. How else will you
know whether your investment has been effective in changing the way people
work or behave? After each development intervention has been completed
— and in some cases, at intervals during the process — we will follow
up each participant to seek their views on the programme, assess how they
are implementing their new skills and knowledge and how they will do so
in the future. |
